1. The Services

We provide diagnostic health scans (including ultrasound) and laboratory diagnostic services performed by trained and certified professionals.

Ultrasound Scans: With your consent, we will carry out a diagnostic ultrasound scan to assess your health and well-being. The primary purpose of the scan is to check the health and condition of the targeted area. If our sonographer identifies any concerns, they will discuss their findings with you and may recommend further medical consultation or care. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical follow-up if advised.

Laboratory Services: Our laboratory services include a range of diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, urine tests, and other specimen analysis). Test results are provided based on the sample quality and the type of test requested. While we aim for accuracy, certain tests may require retesting due to sample quality issues or inconclusive results.

2. Medical History

You understand and accept that we do not have access to your full medical history and therefore cannot provide medical advice beyond the scope of the scan or test results. The diagnostic report provided is a brief overview and should not be considered a complete assessment of your condition. It is essential to follow up with your healthcare provider for comprehensive care and further investigation if necessary.

3. Method

Ultrasound: We aim to complete your scan using external methods (e.g., abdominal scans). However, for early pregnancy scans or certain diagnostic procedures, a transvaginal or alternative internal scan may be required. Your sonographer will discuss this with you beforehand. You have the right to decline an internal scan, but this may limit the accuracy or completeness of the results.

Laboratory Tests: Samples will be collected according to established clinical protocols. You will be informed of any special requirements (e.g., fasting before a blood test). If a sample is unsuitable or cannot be processed, you may be asked to provide a new sample at no additional cost.

4. Modification

We reserve the right to modify or improve our services without prior notice where necessary to meet professional or regulatory standards.

5. Photography & Recording

We do not allow personal photography or recording during scans, sample collection, or within the clinic premises unless explicitly permitted by staff.

6. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to access our services. If you are 16 or 17 years old, a responsible adult (defined as a parent, guardian, or legal supervisor aged 18 or over) must accompany you to your appointment. We cannot provide diagnostic services to individuals under 16 years of age.

7. Right to Make Changes

If you wish to change the services or products you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know whether the change is possible and any associated costs.

8. Prices

Our prices are set out in our price list and may change without prior notice. We accept payment by cash, debit, or credit cards, but not American Express.

9. How We Accept Your Order

Your order will be accepted when you make the required payment or deposit. If we are unable to accept your order due to resource limitations or other factors, we will inform you and refund any payment made.

10. Information We Require

We require certain information (such as medical history, prior scan details, and relevant clinical notes) to provide services accurately. If you fail to provide accurate or complete information, we may suspend or cancel the service and charge you for additional work needed to correct the information.

11. Cancellation of Services by You

You may cancel the service before it is provided. If you cancel after the service has been performed, you may not be entitled to a refund unless the service was not delivered as agreed or was faulty.

12. Cancellation of Services by Us

We may cancel or suspend the service if you fail to make payment or provide required information. If we cancel the service before it is delivered, we will refund any advance payment made, minus reasonable costs incurred.

13. What You Will Receive Following the Scan or Test

Ultrasound: You will receive a diagnostic report summarizing the findings of the scan.

Laboratory Services: You will receive a test report detailing the results and any relevant observations. Reports are for informational purposes and should be reviewed by your healthcare provider for further interpretation.

14. Ownership of the Product

We retain copyright of any images, reports, and test results generated during the service. Ownership of the report or test result belongs to you once full payment for the service is received.

15. What We Cannot Guarantee

Ultrasound: We will make every effort to provide the best possible images and accurate diagnostic information. However, factors such as body structure, fetal position, or technical limitations may affect image quality or diagnostic accuracy. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in gender determination or diagnostic findings.

Laboratory: While we adhere to professional standards, certain biological factors, sample quality, or patient conditions may affect the accuracy or consistency of test results. We cannot guarantee conclusive results in all cases.

16. Our Liability to You

We are only liable for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our failure to provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for indirect, unforeseeable, or incidental losses. We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage unless caused by our negligence.

17. Intellectual Property and Data Protection

We retain the intellectual property rights for promotional materials, reports, and test results. We are the data controller for the purposes of providing services and handling your personal information in compliance with data protection laws. Unless you tell us otherwise, you agree to receive communications about special offers and services from us.

18. Delays Outside Our Control

If an appointment is delayed or rescheduled due to unforeseen events (e.g., technical issues or regulatory changes), we will inform you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimize the impact. If there is a significant delay, you have the right to cancel and receive a refund for services not provided.

19. How We Use Your Data

We will use your personal information to deliver services, process payments, and manage records. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your express consent.

Ultrasound: Scan records will be retained for 3 months to address any follow-up concerns.

Laboratory: Test reports will be retained for six months unless you request deletion earlier.

20. Enforceability
If any part of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in effect. Each section of these Conditions operates separately.
